“Brilliant Beauty” reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time and without notice to bring them into conformity with legal provisions.
“The client” is invited to consult regularly. Placing an order on the site implies the full and complete acceptance of the "customer" to these general terms of sale.
The general conditions of sale applicable to each order will be those in force on the day of the final validation of the order by the “customer”.
Article 2 - Characteristics and availability of products
The products offered are the products appearing on the Brillant-beauty.be site. They are offered within the limits of available stocks. The images of the products on the site are as faithful as possible to the products offered. In the event of the unavailability of one or more products, the "customer" will be notified by email as soon as possible by "Brilliant Beauty".
In the event of unavailability after the order has been placed, the "customer" will then be able to:
Have a substitute product delivered at an equivalent price.
Get a refund for the price of the product ordered within a maximum of 14 days of ordering.
Article 3 - Price
The prices of the products appearing on the site are indicated in euros, all taxes included (during the validation of the basket, the prices communicated to the professionals being exclusive of tax) and excluding shipping costs.
"Brilliant Beauty" reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however the price invoiced and which will be payable by the "customer" will be that in force on the day of the final validation of his order. Article 4 - Payment
The total amount of the order (including delivery costs) placed by the "customer" is indicated at the time of final validation of the order as well as in a summary email which is automatically sent.
The customer can pay for his orders by bank transfer to the account number indicated when validating the basket.
Article 5 - Deliveries
The products ordered are systematically sent to the "customer" address provided during the ordering process. When ordering, the "customer" indicates all the information concerning his address which will allow delivery. If the package comes back to us because an incorrect address, the re-shipment costs will be requested from the "customer". 48h / 72h delivery times are only indicative.
In any event, any delay in delivery cannot give rise to compensation, withholding or cancellation of the current order. If a package is lost following a return to sender or by an address error, the "customer" will be considered responsible for the loss of the package and no compensation can be demanded from "Brilliant Beauty". The "customer" is responsible for checking his package and must report any problem (missing or damaged item but does not include the shoebox-style packaging) upon receipt of his package by sending us an email at contact.alphanails @ gmail.com.
In the the package is lost, “Brilliant Beauty” will initiate a search procedure with the postal services. If the package is found, it is immediately returned to the “customer” at the cost of “Brilliant Beauty”. For shipments outside the European Union, any taxes (local, customs or import VAT) may be invoiced on the arrival of the package at its destination and will remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping your package:
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS or other professional carrier with a tracking number and off without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Returned products must be new, in their original packaging accompanied by ALL their labeling, as well as the purchase invoice allowing "Brilliant Beauty" to identify the "customer". Returned products washed, damaged, soiled or damaged by the "client" will not be taken over by "Brilliant Beauty." The costs of delivery to the customer's address and then back to the store will remain the responsibility of the “customer”.
Professionals do not benefit from any right of withdrawal. By "professionals" are designated the persons carrying out an order intended for a fully or partly professional use and registered as a company.
Article 7 - Settlement of disputes
These general conditions of online sale are subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute between "Brilliant Beauty" and "client", the parties agree to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of Menen unless otherwise provided by law.
